CHENNAI, INDIA and LONDON, UK – 28 October 2026 – Coats Digital has announced that Indian garment manufacturer White House has reduced its production planning cycle by 60–80% following the implementation of FastReactPlan. According to the company’s release, the solution brings production, capacity, order, material and pre-production information together to support faster decisions, delivery performance and collaboration across its manufacturing operations.
Established in 1962 and headquartered in Chennai, India, White House is a vertically integrated garment manufacturer. The release states that it employs approximately 4,000 people, operates 1,800 sewing machines across five sewing units and has an annual turnover of around US$65 million. Its manufacturing capabilities span knitting, fabric dyeing, garment dyeing, printing, embroidery and sewing. White House manufactures T-shirts, polo shirts, rugby shirts, sweat hoodies and zip hoodies for international brands including Ralph Lauren, GANT, Marco Polo and Timberland.
The decision to implement FastReactPlan was driven by the need to make the company’s planning process faster, more connected and better equipped to support increasingly complex customer and production requirements.
Mohamed Mohsyn, Director, Whitehouse, stated: “Our planning process was heavily dependent on manual work, with Excel sheets, emails and information spread across different locations. We had limited visibility of our forward capacity and pre-production status, while lead times were often based on experience and historical records. This made it difficult to respond quickly to customer requests, make accurate commitments and manage changes effectively. We needed a more reliable and consistent way of planning across the business.”
FastReactPlan has given White House a centralised planning environment covering production planning, capacity planning, order scheduling, material planning, pre-production tracking and delivery planning. Integrated with the company’s existing ERP system, it brings key planning information together and provides a view of orders, capacity, production requirements and pre-production status.
Coats Digital says the solution has reduced the time required to create, review and update plans by 60–80%. Planners can identify capacity constraints and potential production issues earlier, allowing corrective action to be taken before they affect schedules.
The release also reports improved visibility of fabric, trims, approvals and other pre-production requirements, helping teams coordinate activities. By working from consistent information, planning, merchandising, sourcing, production and logistics teams can communicate more efficiently and respond faster when priorities change.
According to the release, the improved planning process has contributed to an improvement in White House’s on-time delivery performance, helping the business manage customer commitments and address potential issues before they result in delays.
Ilias Agridiotis, CEO, Whitehouse, commented: “Fast React Plan has proved a real game changer for us. We can now plan much faster and we have a clear understanding of what is happening across the whole business. The improved coordination between teams has given us greater control of our production and more confidence in the commitments we make to customers.”
FastReactPlan is part of Coats Digital’s Manufacturing Solution Suite and is designed for apparel, textile and footwear manufacturers, integrating capacity, materials and critical path workflows into a single platform.
Roshan Rakesh Srivastava, Customer Success Manager, Coats Digital, said: “The apparel industry is facing a future where change and uncertainty are becoming the norm. Manufacturers that can respond quickly to shifting customer requirements, production constraints and market conditions will be better placed to stay competitive. White House is a strong example of how embracing connected, technology-driven planning can give manufacturers the agility and control they need to navigate that future with confidence.”
