ALVANON GLOBAL, August 26, 2024: Alvanon, the world’s leading sizing and fit technology company, is pleased to announce the first speaker lineup for 3D Tech Fest – 3D Tech Fest 2024: The Physical-Digital Evolution.
Taking place online from September 24-26, the free-to-attend virtual conference is dedicated to exploring the opportunities created by converging physical and digital technologies in the creation and delivery of fashion. The event will feature talks, panels, and case studies exploring the impact of the key physical and virtual technologies currently shaping the fashion industry–to promote cross-industry discourse, collaboration and ignite innovation.
The first lineup of inspirational, forward-thinking speakers includes:

Over 65 applicants from 19 countries applied for the opportunity to present their ideas on the virtual stage during 3D Tech Fest’s annual Open Call. Evaluated on their relevance, originality, and potential impact, proposals were reviewed and scored anonymously by a curatorial team of industry experts. Adjudicators included Ben Hanson, Editor-in-Chief at The Interline, Deborah Patton, Managing Editor at The Robin Report, Daniel Peters, founder of the Fashion Minority Report and Janice Wang, co-founder and CEO of Alvanon.
Throughout the three days, expert speakers will offer original perspectives on navigating the evolving relationship between the digital and real-world in fashion. They will address such key questions as: In an increasingly digital world, what happens to the physical? How do we reconcile physical products with digital culture, or digital design with the physical world? What can we as industry professionals do to ensure digital tech shapes our industry for the better? The event will seek to unravel today’s paradoxical physical-digital world and inspire a better ‘phygital’ future for the fashion industry.
Over the past four years, 3D Tech Fest has gathered over 20,000 attendees across the globe, positioning it as the world’s biggest festival of 3D, apparel, and fashion. Experts from every aspect of the industry, including CEOs, tech leaders, creative directors and innovators, unite to explore the intersection between fashion and technology.
